Terms of Use

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms apply to this website and to any demonstration page we publish. Please read them before using either. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Meridian Labs, a registered business name of an Australian sole trader.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Meridian Labs.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and any demonstration page we publish.

They sit alongside the Summit Terms & Conditions and the Summit Privacy Policy; they do not replace or supersede them. Those documents are specific to the Summit mobile app and continue to govern your use of that app. If you are using Summit, the Summit documents apply to that use, and where they differ from these terms in relation to the app, the Summit documents prevail.

3. Using this website

The content on this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available.

You may read, link to and share the pages on this site. Please do not use the site in a way that is unlawful, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

4. Demonstration pages and non-affiliation

Where we publish a demonstration page that names a venue, that page is produced independently by Meridian Labs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or in any way connected to the venue named on it.

To be specific about what that means:

We use a venue’s name as plain text, for identification only, so it is clear which room the demonstration is modelled on. We do not use a venue’s logo, brand fonts or brand colours, and we do not use images sourced from the venue.

5. Removing a demonstration page

If we have published a demonstration page that names your venue and you would prefer that we had not, you can have it taken down. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to be the person we contacted.

Either use the removal control on the demonstration page itself, if one is shown, or email us at admin@meridianlabssoftware.com.

We will remove the page within 24 hours of receiving the request, confirm to you that it is gone, and add the venue to our suppression list so that we do not contact you about it again.

6. Venue names and trade marks

Venue names, trade marks and brands referred to on this site or on a demonstration page remain the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify the venue, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the owner. If you own such a mark and object to how it appears, contact us at admin@meridianlabssoftware.com and we will address it promptly.

The design, text and code of this site and of our demonstration pages are ours, except where stated otherwise.

7. Emails we send

If we send you a commercial electronic message, it will accurately identify us as the sender and will include a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you commercial messages within five working days, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Our contact details in any such message will remain accurate for at least 30 days after it is sent.

How we handle the contact details themselves is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, this website and any demonstration page are provided on an “as is” basis, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them, or from your reliance on information published on them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the current version is always the one published here.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@meridianlabssoftware.com, or posted to Meridian Labs, PO Box 64, AUBURN NSW 1835.
